   Today at 5:30 PM there were 2 Burrowing Owls sharing a "burrow" about
   even with the 10th fence post going East on Cunningham Ave. from
   Capitol Expressway.  The hole is on the side of a small levee-like
   hill inside the cyclone fence surrounding the park and can easily be
   seen from Cunningham Ave.    Ted
