Today at 3:30 p.m. in San Jose - on Almaden Road, off Curtner along the 
Guadalupe River across from 2170 Almaden Road, I watched two female BLACK-CHINNED 
HUMMINGBIRDS, and possibly one male BLACK-CHINNNED HUMMINGBIRD for about 15 
minutes.  This is the same location reported by Bill Bousman on 5/1/04.  Many 
other birds were in the area, seemingly oblivious to all the traffic on Almaden.  
A noisy KINGFISHER flew up and down the river as I watched the hummers.
