I didn't stay long enough to be certain of the number of nests, although I did watch at least one pair each of SNOWY EGRETS and BLACK-CROWNED NIGHT HERONS building nests. My count of birds, 5 Snowies, and 3 Black-crowns is probably low as these birds tend to leave fairly early to forage. I also saw one MERLIN fly by.
