Well, it's always been about a mile or so east of Shotgun Pass, close to a corral there. Changes in county lines, especially of that magnitude are most unusual. But if we're now dividing up San Benito Co. among its neighbors, Santa Clara (which surely has as much muscle as Fresno) would like San Felipe Lake -- one already has to stand in Santa Clara Co. to bird the lake, so it seems like a natural!
