Good evening SBBers....

This morning I was at Vasona around 8:15 and saw that the swallows are 
back....Northern Rough-wings were staking claim to the drainage holes. The Cliff 
Swallows were flying back and forth under the bridge and only a few Barn Swallows 
could be counted.  

Tonight I checked on the GBHE Colony at Vasona....all is going well with 5 
pairs counted. I noticed that in nest one...the male is coming out of high 
breeding as his lores aren't bright blue any longer and the top of his bill is 
turning from yellow/orange to light gray....
