This morning (3/15/2004) at 10:10, an Osprey flew northwards past Monte Bello Preserve, on a line that would've taken it from Alpine Pond to Lake Boronda at Foothills Park and/or Felt Lake. It seemed to know where it was going.

Otherwise birds were fairly quiet up there. The only spring arrivals in evidence were 3 or so Orange-crowned Warblers, singing away.
