Park. I believe it was a pair, based on their proximity to each other as they called. I also noted four singing GOLDEN-CROWNED KINGLETS at scattered spots, three singing HERMIT THRUSHES, and one calling NOR. PYGMY OWL. Later I went up to Summit Road a short ways northwest of Mt Madonna park. I observed a female YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLERS carrying food into a redwood, but could not see the nest. She made two trips into the tree with food, though, and I think that is where the nest is. This was one of the redwood forest spots where I'd had a singing bird on May 15 this year. _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list.
