Thats the salt pond adjacent to the EEC. One RUTU was brighter and had more "ruddy" colored area in the scapulars and wings. It was quite striking when the viewing/lighting angles were just right. Like polished reddish copper to my eye. Paulson says the alt. males are usually brighter than alt. females but there is overlap. I also saw a juvenile BLACK SKIMMER on the 3rd island.
