Four other birders leaving had not seen either of them. I was about to leave when Rich Cimino came up the tracks, so I stayed. Amazingly we found the male after just a few minutes. It was 100 yards east of the first refuge sign along the tracks. One Lesser Yellowlegs was also in the vicinity.
