Folks:

This morning, 7/19/2004, I cycled around the Sunnyvale WPCP oxidation 
ponds.  I didn't find any rare terns.  In the channel on the south edge of 
the West Pond, I had 21 precocial LESSER SCAUP accompanied by four 
females.  There were at least two age classes, but it was unclear how many 
broods were in the creche.  Nearby was a female/imm BUFFLEHEAD with some 
feather damage.
