Hi

Today I was at Alum Rock Park. There is a Western Screech Owl in a 
Sycamore tree near the Youth Science Institute. The ranger said it is 
there all the time right now. It is very easy to see from the walking 
path. Facing the entrance to the YSI turn right and note a large 
sycamore that angles out over the lawn in the picnic area about 30 yrs 
(??) away. Follow the trunk up and you will see a hollow and the owl is 
right there in plain sight. Its a great photo op!! Here is a quick pic I 
took with my point and shoot.
