For what it is worth, Tricolored Blackbird has also declined markedly on the 
Santa Cruz County CBC, and on the half of the Moss Landing CBC that is within 
Santa Cruz County (and perhaps on the other half, too, but I just completed an 
assessment of changes in the SCZ portion of the circle). In those cases it is 
clearly a real change in numbers in the circles and not related to coverge.
