They can be seen soaring/flapping in pairs or singly, as well as roosting on the fence along the freeway or up in any of the bare-branched valley oaks. It seems like they are there every day, and at a variety of times. So big! One of them looks like a small chocolate Labrador retriever sitting on the top of the fence.
