At 1PM today 1-7-2004, a flock of at least 30 WHITE-THROATED SWIFTS was foraging over the Hidden Villa fields along Moody Rd. Given recent reports of out-of-season swallows and even Vaux's Swifts on the Calero-Morgan Hill CBC, I strained my neck checking through them all repeatedly, but found nothing but WTSWs. 

The "white-striped" WHITE-THROATED SPARROW continues in the immediate vicinity of the compost bins at the SW corner of the Education Garden here.
