A FERRUGINOUS HAWK was just south of the junction of New and Rucker Avenues in Morgan Hill [or is it Gilroy?]. WOOD DUCKS were just upstream of the pond just south of the entrance road to Ogier Ponds. We also had an Osprey at the ponds but dipped on the Redheads. We had three HOODED MERGANSERS in the ponds near the Riverside Golf Course club house [also at least three WILSON'S SNIPE and a GREATER YELLOWLEGS] but couldn't find a Grackle. We also failed to find Grackles in the fishing ponds north of Metcalf Rd but we did have two Osprey. The WHITE-THROATED SPARROW in Edenvale Garden Park was our last "goodie" of the day [it was with GOLDEN-CROWNED SPARROWS near and in an Olive? Tree not far from the paved path]. Take care, Bob Reil;ing _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list.
