At first, one was foraging near where the curlews usually stand in shallow water north of the small island. It was fairly close, seeming to show some chesnut on the tertials and possibly some other parts. There were also some dark spots on the left upper side. I'll call the legs 'dull'. It flew southwest and farther out, where it joined its friend, but they were too far for comparison.
