Sorry for the late relay of this report.

Rich Cimino IDed a Rough-legged soaring over the Park & Ride at
Hwy 280 and Page Mill Road on Wednesday. In a subsequent email,
he said that it was the tail band that tipped him off. He didn't get any
upperside views. I missed it by 5 minutes!
