This morning Dave Lewis and I heard (and briefly saw) the Northern
Waterthrush in the Charleston Road marsh west of Stevens Creek in
Mountain View.  More than 100 Pine Siskins were working the Casuarina
and alder trees around the marsh.  We also spent some time scoping the
scaup flocks on the bay off the Palo Alto Baylands and off Cooley
Landing in East Palo Alto but couldn't pick anything unusual out of
them.
