Observed on RED-TAILED HAWK and several TURKEY VULTURES about half way between Ogier pond and the rc airport.  I was able to get a reasonble close-up photo of the hawk by sneaking up in my car.  (Seems like the bird would be more freaked out by a car than a walker, but that is apparently not the case)
 
I can post a homely vulture shot later if anyone is interested.
 
Canon 20D, EF300L f/2.8 IS USM lens with 1.4X extender.
