One Lincoln's Sparrow provided some visual interest as I hung around at the weed patch at the end of Terminal Ave, and there were 3 Fox Sparrows present (one even sang for a while). A surprise was a talkative House Wren in the sweet fennel at the right (western) side of the bridge as one enters just past the green metal gate. Two Common Moorhens were hanging around in the reeds just below the small building alongside the FCB. On Shoreline Lake, a brief scan of the waterfowl near the north side of the lake revealed that (at least) one male and two female Barrow's Goldeneyes are still present on the lake. --Garth Harwood _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list.
