Hi all:

Some interesting photos of a Red-tailed Hawk with an
abnormal bill were posted to this list-serv a few
months ago. I think they were from Zanker Rd. in
Alviso.

A presentation on abnormal bills among Buteos was made
at the Raptor Research Foundation conference in
Bakersfield last month. The abstract for the
presentation is available at:
