It was down south of the orange "end construction" sign, near the next pair of high voltage towers. I also saw a WESTERN TANAGER eating a wasp, 3 WESTERN BLUEBIRDS flying across the creek to Moffett Field, and a DARK-EYED JUNCO. An AMERICAN GOLDFINCH was seen feeding young as well. Despite birding this area regularly, this is the first Phainopepla I have ever seen here - Thanks Kris!
