It was flying about rooftop level and cackling loudly as it went, "headed in my direction" (which is the east end of Louis Road). Although Bill doesn't have internet access, he is a long-time and very reliable birder. He said he could hardly believe his eyes, and regrets that his look was too brief to determine the sex.
