Good evening SBBers....

This afternoon I checked out the Great Blue Heron Colony at Vasona and as 
soon as I got out of the car I could hear the chicks cackling. I was able to see 
one chick in Nest 2. What a cute little fuzzy chick it is.

Finally saw the Red-shouldered Hawks nest at Vasona. She is incubating and 
the male comes in and feeds here on the nest...Very cool indeed.
