But the two Ruffs were fairly easy to find. They seemed a bit further south than usual, maybe just 100yds N of the EEC entrance road, 80 yds W of the tracks, in the drier part of the marsh with BN Stilts. At the EEC a black-hooded Bonapartes was on the island and three Barn Owl chicks were barely visible in the box.
