I checked the CCFS pond in mid-morning, and didn't see any Pectorals or
anything else worth reporting, but had fun digiscoping.

Then on to New Chicago, and instead of searching for the Hudsonians or the
STSA or something new for that matter, I got caught up in trying to get a
picture of a LESSER YELLOWLEGS for my online photo album,
www.geocities.com/tgrey41/index.html.

Well I finally got one. There were a couple of Greaters around, so there
was no problem with the i.d. But then when I got home and looked at the
picture, along with one I took of one of the nearby Greaters, it was kind
of fun to compare the head/bill configuration that I usually rely on when I
see these guys alone. These two made a less than totally distinct "pair."
