The 'lone euc' is between Crittenden Lane and L'Avenida. Below L'Avenida the riparian starts out as cottonwoods and willows and these trees are are 10-15 m high. As you go downstream, the trees lessen in size and the cottonwoods mostly stop above the powerline crossing. Below the powerline are various willow species and a transition to coyote bush. Then, there is one eucalyptus among the remaining willows and coyote bush. Finally the 'riparian' becomes coyote bush and ruderal growth until you reach Crittenden Lane.
