Inspired by the recent postings of Jean Myers and Vivek Tiwari I went to Las Palmas Park in Sunnyvale this afternoon about 5:15 and immediately heard the flock of parakeets (I would estimate at least 16). They seemed to be engaged in driving the crows away. They eventually settled down in the large trees near the palms but not in them. They are certainly loud and aggressive.                                                John
