I forgot to report that Caroline Nabeta asked the Hollister "Swan Guy"
(apparently, the person who brought some or all of the Black and Mute
Swans to the Ridgemark Golf Course) about the Black-bellied Whistling-
Duck. He said that he purchased a pair of them from someone in
Kentucky. The female died. The male is flying freely and is the bird
being seen at the golf course. He returns to his home after being away
for as long as a week. Caroline heard that it's been also seen at 
Frazier
Lake (I don't know where this is).

Caroline also reports that a gimpy Ross's Goose has shown up at the
golf course.
