About 3 p.m. today, Pat Kenny and I saw the 1st winter female WHITE-WINGED
SCOTER seen earlier today by Bob Reiling and Frank Vanslager on Shoreline
Lake.  First seen between the island and the golf course, it went to the
east end of the lake, and then we had the privilege of seeing it fly across
to the north side.
