Here are the directions that were sent to me. Kris Olson Directions to Llagas Creek & Bloomfield Road, from 101 going south ================================================== Take Hwy 152 east for a short distance. (2 miles at the most). At the first long left curve in the road you continue straight onto Frazier Lake Road. Continue about 2 mi to Bloomfield. Turn right. The creek is just ahead. I parked on the north side, west of the levee gate. or Continue on 101 to the turn off for Hwy 25 to Hollister. Go left (the only way) and watch for Bloomfield coming up on the left, less than a mile. [Bloomfield is poorly marked, a small regular street sign.] Take it and continue past one creek; the second creek is Llagas. If you come to Frazier Lake Road, then you just passed Llagas Creek! Walk north on the west side of the levee to the most conspicuous tree from the road. That side of the levee has No Trespassing signs, but it's probably OK. -----Original Message----- From: south-bay-birds-bounces+kristenolson=[[email protected]] [mailto:south-bay-birds-bounces+kristenolson=[[email protected]]] On Behalf Of Don Ganton Sent: Sunday, May 25, 2003 9:30 AM To: South Bay Birds Mailing List Subject: [SBB] Llagas creek info Hi, I was going through my SBB archives to find information on Llagas Creek and saw a couple of posts regarding access to the area. Do you need prior permission to bird there? If so, how does one obtain it. Any other general information that you think might be helpful would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Don Ganton [[email protected]] _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list.
