While walking through our parking lot I heard chicks peeping. To my surprise
I found a cavity in a tree in our parking lot where the noise was coming
from.

Didn't sound like Starling chicks and the hole looked freshly chipped out.

Checking back today I see a male Nuttall's Woodpecker coming back to feed
the nest.
