Swung by the Bayland's at lunch.  It was dead low tide, and there was a
flock of perhaps 100 gulls roosting on the mudflats as you drive in towards
the nature center.  Most were California Gulls, but 15-20 were Bonaparte's,
of which 2 were in complete alternate plumage.

Otherwise not much of interest, although it was fun to watch the avocet and
stilt chicks foraging for food.
