I've been watching two nests easily visible from Catherine, hoping they
didn't get flooded out by all this rainfall.
This morning one had a single newly hatched chick climbing in and out of the
nest; and there was a lot of parental activity at the other so maybe
hatching happening there also.
A nice pair of Pintails was foraging nearby.
