A few highlights from my Mt View/Los Altos Adult Center Birding Class
trip to to Stevens Creek Tidal Marsh and adjacent areas.
Our first Western Kingbird of the year was seen on the fence bordering
the kite flying area next to Shoreline Blvd.
Several Burrowing Owls were seen in the area adjacent to the parking
area.
Golden Eagle in the power towers adjacent to the marsh.
An Eurasian Green-Winged Teal (Common Teal) in the small channel to the
west of the trail.

It was a beautiful day for birding.
