Unfortunately, the nest is low and in some bushes adjacent to a path I frequently see the neighbor's cats using. The bird is very, very still, even when it knows its being watched. I'm hoping the cats don't get wind of it, as I'm nervous about what will happen when there are chicks. On the positive side, it's surrounded by blackberry brambles.
