Not much new here except for my year WARBLING VIREO. A flock of about 50 YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLERS included 1 singing TOWNSEND’S WARBLER. I could hear WILD TURKEYS calling in the distance. On the way back, a GOLDEN EAGLE was still sitting on the power tower nest north of Calero. At Parkway Lakes, at least 1 male GREAT-TAILED GRACKLE was present, indicating that these birds will probably breed again at this location. A single WESTERN GREBE was on the water, and an OSPREY was perched along the shore of the middle lake. An adult GOLDEN EAGLE was over Tulare Hill being harrassed by a RED-TAILED HAWK.
