All:
I checked the Red-shouldered Hawk nest by the ranger's house Wednesday. 
The hawks are not incubating yet, but are still hanging around.   Other
birds included a pair of Varied Thrushes and a very early female Lazuli
Bunting in the Chaparral near the dam.
