This morning 6/27/03, Mike Mammoser and I found an adult LITTLE BLUE
HERON on private property in Alviso.  As we were leaving we again saw
the bird just after 10:15am, this time in flight to and over Guadalupe
Slough.  It appeared to drop down into the slough in the vicinity of
the southeast corner of Salt Pond A4, behind the baseball fields near
Sunnyvale Baylands Park.  The dikes around Salt Pond A4 are open to
the public and can be accessed from the parking area at the Sunnyvale
Water Pollution Control Plant.
