Hello,

I am an enthusiastic (and experienced) UK birder who will be on a training
course in Sunnyvale w/c 3rd Feb. I will have the whole of Saturday 8th for
dawn to dusk birding (and a car) and the morning of Sunday 9th. 

I was wondering what the best places to go to for maximum birding are? Is it
worth driving inland to Yosemite for the day or are there better birding
spots?

I have never visited the West coast before so most birds are new to me

If anyone wants to go birding those days and show me the sites then that
would be even better.
