About 10 birders got great looks at her at about 2:00 pm in front of Orchard Supply but, as many people have observed, the flock of Brewer's Blackbirds and a few Brown-headed Cowbirds moves around quite a lot so patience is required. Our group also managed to attract the interest of a few shoppers who asked what we were all looking at. Some shoppers remained with us to learn more about the bird and seemed sincerely interested in both this bird and the internet phenomenon that brought us to this unlikely birding spot.
