Also there were large flocks of mixed MARBLED GODWITS and LONG-BILLED CURLEWS with a few WILLETS mixed in for contrast. When a NORTHERN HARRIER would fly over, clouds of birds would fly up, wheel around and then settle back. On the way back down Adobe Creek, had 1 male RING-NECKED PHEASANT picking his way daintily through the detritus thrown up on the bank of the creek. Kathy P.
