A. Flood Control Basin today around 11 AM, we saw one Sora, two pair of Hooded Mergansers, one pair of Common Golden Eye and over 50 Canvasback. We were also fortunate enough to see the Black Rail take a quick walk between the gumplants at Harriet Mundy marsh.
