This morning I walked along the south edge of the West Pond at the Sunnyvale
Water Pollution Control Plant.   Among the large number of ducks on the pond
was a male EURASIAN WIGEON.  In the channel  just south of the pond, I saw
the "BREWER'S DUCK" (hybrid GADWALL x MALLARD) that was reported  by Mike
Rogers about a week ago.  The Brewer's Duck flew over the levee into the
West pond where I was able to get a nice look at this interesting bird.
