Several of you suggested they were Huttons Vireos, which indeed they were. Thanks to Mike Rogers stating the difference in leg color. The Huttons Vireo has gray legs, the Kinglet black legs with yellow feet. I only found four Vireos today, one calling, which was the clincher. All four had gray legs, but three appeared to have a yellow lower mandible in a certain light, which could have been colored by the sun. I saw four Blue gray Gnatcatchers and heard more.
