About 10:00 am today Pat Kenny and I saw a single SNOWY PLOVER near the
north end of the impoundment between A12 and the railroad tracks; Reiling
and Vanslager reported three birds here on 7/31/03.  We saw it from the
railroad track side, having walked out the tracks from the EEC entrance road
while failing to find the Ruff.
