Hi all!
Today, at around 12:30pm, saw 14 CASPIAN TERNS at Chesbro Reservoir.  They 
were roosting near the Northwestern end (closest to San Jose) of the Reservoir 
where there are lots of plants that grow out of the water.  They sat on the 
rocky shore across the reservoir (need a scope to get a good look).  Couldn't 
take the time to try and determine if any were juveniles (had The Fam with 
me).  One more fishing at the pond on the other side of the road about half 
way down the length of the Reservoir.  This one flew by quite close for great 
looks.  Total of 15 CASPIAN TERNS!  Also, loads of GREAT BLUE HERONS, GREAT 
EGRETS, DOUBLE-CRESTED CORMORANTS and other common birds. Good birding!
