The migrant flow continues here at HV...this morning (4/28/03) at 10am, a pure flock of 8 Western Tanagers was foraging in low hardwood trees around the main farm buildings, as the resident male (a 9th WETA for the morning) kept up his songs from the usual perches in the same area. Only one of the birds I saw was female.
