All,

I led my Palo Alto Adult School birding class to Alum Rock yesterday
morning. We began in the Rustic Lands picnic area, walked up stream
along the Penitencia Creek and eventually took the North Rim trail back
to our cars. Highlights included (in no particular order) Black-throated
Gray Warbler, Hooded Oriole, Western Tanager, both Rufous and Allen's
Hummingbirds, and Green Heron. The complete list is below:
