I could see at least nine AM. WHITE PELICANS in the distance on Mayfield Slough. Along Adobe Creek I found two male BLUE-WINGED TEAL and a single female. Today, 4/11/2003, a visit to Stevens Creek CP did not provide any new summer arrivals, but a female HOODED MERGANSER remains near the dam and is probably the same bird found here in March.
